Supports two DisplayPort displays up to 4096x2160@60Hz (4K / UHD), or utilize both connectors to enable single 5K display like the Dell UP2715K. Backward compatible with 1080P DisplayPort monitors as well.

As a result, compatibility information is complex, and many currently available Thunderbolt 3 systems aren't compatible with our dual graphics adapters.

To work as expected with our Dual DisplayPort Adapter, the host Thunderbolt 3-enabled system must meet the following requirements:

System manufacturer must have physically routed two DisplayPort lines to the Thunderbolt 3 port. Currently only Thunderbolt 3 systems from Apple, Dell, HP, and Lenovo meet this requirement
Current Thunderbolt 3 host firmware ('NVM'), version 14 or higher. Some system manufacturers have not yet released updated compatible firmware
Requires updated system UEFI BIOS, Thunderbolt 3 drivers, and graphics (GPU) drivers from system manufacturer
Please note this adapter connects to monitors using the DisplayPort standard, which is different from HDMI. We do make a separate HDMI version of the adapter is available if connectivity to HDMI displays is needed.

房市亮點－北市房市大直重劃商圈名宅買氣升

台北市大直重劃商圈是眾所周知的名宅區，近一年多以來，五年內名宅價格略有下修，與屋齡10多年的中古名宅價差拉近，吸引不少企業主購入，讓這裡的房市開始熱絡。

大直重劃商圈主要是北安路以東、堤頂大道以西、樂群一路以北範圍內，因屬低密度住宅區，加上不只臨近河濱，更有不少公園，因此綠帶相當多，居住品質佳之外，也擁有美麗華百貨及影城、大直傳統市場、家樂福等應有盡有，交通上則臨近捷運劍南路站及大直站，生活機能豐富，當地更有永安國小、大直國中小，特別永安國小為明星國小，吸引不少外地家長設籍入學。

信義房屋大直店專案經理吳怡亭表示，大直重劃商圈主要是40∼50歲的換屋族群較多，喜歡選擇三、四房電梯大樓、總價3,000∼5,000萬之間的物件，多半以企業主、內科中高階主管、本地換屋族以及為了學區而來的消費者為主，這些到大直商圈購屋的消費者，也會到台北市各個名宅區看屋，但最後選擇在大直購屋。

吳怡亭認為，大直重劃商圈商業氣息不重，適合居住是最大的誘因，再加上地理位置好、離市中心不遠、坐擁大直河美景、綠地相對其他名宅區多，都是最終消費者會選擇這裡的原因。

商圈內比較特殊的產品有面河景的名宅、及主打飯店式服務的超級名宅，吳怡亭指出，近年來大直重劃區新建的名宅也主打服務，不但有完善的公共設施，甚至全社區都可享受周末免費早餐，還有媽媽教室費用全免等，再加上近幾年來新建名宅價格略有下修，和屋齡10年左右的中古名宅價格相差不多，自然吸引不少消費者選新不選舊，開始願意購入屋齡較新的名宅，加上台商回流效應，名宅交易也就相對熱絡。

大直重劃區較多數仍屬20年左右的房子，若要購入新屋價格通常都要上億，吳怡亭表示，通常只要有2,000∼3,000萬的電梯型大樓釋出，短則一周、長則一個月就會銷售出去，可以說是非常搶手的物件。另外也要提醒想到此區購屋的消費者，有面河景的房型，會比沒有面河景的房型房價多10％左右，若有意選購河景房可先評估價格後再決定。
